Mobility Festival Hamburg
For New Mobility Solutions Hamburg GmbH, a new corporate identity was needed for the Mobility Festival Hamburg at the UITP Summit Public Day 2025 – an inspiring, inclusive and interactive event bringing different people together to experience and understand mobility in all its forms. The goal: to make mobility tangible as the vibrant heartbeat of Hamburg, a city at the forefront of new mobility solutions.
The creative process began with an in-depth target group and market analysis to shape an independent festival strategy, resulting in a detailed guideline, a city-wide campaign across digital and analog channels, and the final festival translation on site. From this, the visual identity took shape: a clear, engaging design system built on bold, easily recognizable symbols. Dynamic illustrations from the world of alternative mobility, combined with the wordmark and textual layout elements, form a diverse, energetic and flexible communication system. The color palette merges Hamburg's already confident, iconic appearance with a bold, optimistic outlook on the future of urban mobility.
Alongside a strong network of partners, including MOIA, HVV and VHH Mobility, the identity carried across every touchpoint: from logo, colour system, illustration and typography to on-site signage, public transport screens and city-wide campaign assets. Together, they transformed Hamburg into a vibrant urban stage, making mobility visible, accessible and engaging wherever people encountered it.
